Chamomile tea
Chamomile is extremely difficult in
time of collection. We don’t collect the headless flowers and either the too
opened flowers because then during the drying the flowers will completely falls
apart. Optimal time for collection them from June to July.
Let’s put two tablespoons of
chamomile flower into a mug. We have to scald
it and then let to stand for 15 minutes. We cover the mug for example
with a plate. After 15 minutes we strain it. (Preferably plastic strainer,
avoid the use of metal tools!) And we can sweeten it with honey or sugar.
