White asparagus with ham and leeksauce – for dinner

Ingredients:
-          16 pieces of white asparagus
-          4 slices of ham thinly slice
Sauce:
-          1 tablespoon lemonjuice
-          2 teaspoon mustard
-          1 teaspoon honey
-          3-4 tablespoon choppedleek (onion)
-          3 tablespoon oliveoil

Preparation:
Cutthetoughends of the asparagus and peel them. Cook them in salty water with a pinch of sugar, because they can be toobitter. When they become soft, take them out, and dry.
By the help of whisk mix the lemon juice with mustard, honey, salt, pepper. Also mix with oliveoil.
Put a slice of ham and 4 pieces of asparaguson a plate, covertheasparagus with ham, and sprinkle them with the sauce and the leek.

We used for this dish honey, hame, leek, asparagusfrom local market.
