Elderberry syrup recipe

Ingredients:
10 pcs elderflower
70 dkg sugar
2 lemons
5 liter of water

Preparation:
We open the fresh-picked, beauty opened elderberry flowers. We cut the lemon slices. We thaw the sugar in 5 liter of hot water and then let it cool. Then we put the elder flowers into a 5-liter sauce bottle and throw the cooled syrup on it. We let it to stand at room temperature for 3-4 days.

Notes:
Delicious on hot summer days. Healthy drink, because it complains a lot of vitamin C.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
